worked on break falls wich are sweet to do cause there like flips but you just land "gracefully" on your back. yea didnt work like that at first. umm did some more stand-up work. next monday im starting a ju jitsu class. plus gettin trained by Mark.

ok well to let you all know ive started mixed martial arts(UFC) tranning again since the tragic loss of Jason,whom i was tranning with. my good friend/trainner Mark is helping me out now, he also was a good friend of jason's. anyway ive decided to update you all on my progress after each day of tranning. for what reason i dont know, ij ust feel like doing it, whatever.
DAY 1: we stated with some steching and cardio, woohoo.
then we went to the bags and did some intense punching and kicking
after we got the mats out and did some submission manuvering and chokes and such,, yeah this is sounding really boring so far.
while doing this i actually choked Mark out in a scissor lock, it was awesome. its awesome because he is like a 4th degree black belt(I failed to mention Mark only weighs like 140lbs)anway, the fact is i did it.
at the end of the night he made me do some hardcore conditioning, basically i did 30 sprawls(which are just down ups) with in like 40secs. ok yeah that doesnt sound like much but after doin all that ground work for like 2hrs them doing that its a ton of work. needless to say i puked in the bathroom and nearly passed out. it was awesome.
- this may seem like a really boring entery but its the first one. and im not sure how i wanna do it so bare with me.

so today is halloween right, yeah fuck yeah, im goin to fear before tonight with C-Lo and Doove, should be a hell of a night. ummmm yeah aim still not working , but not as pissed off, there was once life before aim, so i plan to continue what i did before i had it, i think its called a phone, wow its like ancient times i guess, maybe i should go paint cave walls too. ok anyway, im at school right now and im bored as hell, thus why im updating. Saturday Donielle and I went to see SAW II, it was effing amazing, even better than the first one, and no not because of the acting. although this one had way better acting in it, but thats not the point, the poin is, go see it, to satisfy the need of seeing vomit, blood, and needles, what a deadly combination especially when its bloody vomit mmmm mmmm good. surprise ending as well. so if u like drug dealers, crakheads, hookers, alcoholics, and a son that hates his dad, go see this movie. and also if u like vomiting blood, and burning alive. Fuck Yeah Bitches!!!! peace im outta here. |
